Architect. Prathiba from P8 Architects has given an exceptional Architectural Design for my grandmother's residence project recently completed at Alathivayal. Entire execution of this 2500 Sft has been completed within a narrow time frame of 6 months, because of her on-time delivery of entire set of drawings and excellent design Coordination. I want to thank P8 Architects and Ms.Prathiba for making our marriage hall construction project such a great success. This was our first personal construction plan so there was a lot riding on it, and you and your team made it a real pleasure.  We started a construction plan with an engineer in our known circle. We were looking for architects who could provide us with a 3D view of the front elevation and interior. I got introduced to Ms. Prathiba through Structural engineer Mr.Rajkumar.  By the time we engaged P8 architects our ground floor roofing was complete.  I shared our plan details and explained what we were expecting, She visited the site (Thanjavur) on her own interest to understand the furtherance. After the site visit, She mentioned that she can come up with a good design with the current stage. We didn’t have to reconstruct anything. She came up with a nice design and shared over the mail. The initial design was very good, but I had budget constraints. She connected with me over zoom and it was super easy for me to communicate and share my thoughts. She took all my concerns into consideration and came up with cost effective design that fitted me perfectly. She is very committed to client’s feedback. She and her team handled each challenge extremely well, from the tight schedule, to interacting with me overseas. The most impressive thing to me was when I had a concern; She always came to me with a viable solution.  From the start of the process to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of her.  I think you have the best hands down. I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future.

After our initial discussion, I was amazed as to how everything fell in place & our dream became a reality. The project had its ups & downs but there was always a team to help & go extra mile to achieve success. Thanks once again, now we have our own little Vrindhavan for our little girl !

Recently I was in need of an architect and I requested Krishna to suggest me someone who can do the job for me. The house I am planning to construct had certain constraints like narrow elevation width. As I was caught up with other work in my village It wasn't possible for me to meet the architect personally and everything needs to be discussed over phone. Keeping these things in consideration I asked Krishna to suggest me someone that can help me with the plan for my house. He suggested Pratibha and introduced me to her over phone. She came up with multiple rough drawings over which we discussed. She took into consideration every little requirement that I had and the final output was what I really was expecting. I am very happy with the plans that she has given me exactly the way I wanted them to be and I can't thank her enough for doing this in such short time. It is fair to say that I am mightily pleased.
